Brayden Yager and Jackson Unger are well on their way to hearing their names called in the 2023 NHL Draft.

The Moose Jaw Warriors’ duo cracked NHL Central Scouting’s midterm rankings, released on Friday.

Yager comes in ranked fifth among North American skaters after originally earning an ‘A’ rating in the preliminary rankings earlier this season.

The Saskatoon product currently sits second on the team with 50 points in 40 games this season. He has 18 goals to go along with 32 assists.

Yager’s 50 points sit tied for 12th in the Western Hockey League.

Unger is ranked 17th on the list of North American goaltenders.

The Calgary product has a 5-9-0-0 record this season with a 4.14 goals-against average and a 0.867 save percentage in 15 appearances.

Both players will be suiting up for Team White at the 2023 Kubota CHL/NHL Top Prospects Game later this month.
