Moose Jaw's own Siera Bearchell took off this week for Philippines where she'll compete for the ultimate pageant title, "Miss Universe" on Sunday, January 29th.  As you'll hear in her visit with CHAB's Rob Carnie, we'll be able to watch the big show on the FOX television network.
