Meditations are $20 each or you may purchase a pack of 3 for $45.
Please bring whatever you need to be comfortable, such as a mat to lay on, or a cushion to sit on, blanket, pillow, bolster, etc. There are chairs available if needed, as well.

We are located in the St Andrews Church Chapel. Please use the side door off the parking lot. Once inside follow the yoga or chapel signs.

The sound emitting from crystal singing bowls is often referred to as the sound of angels. Because our bodies are also composed of a crystalline structure, using quartz crystal singing bowls for healing and meditation allows us to respond more quickly and favorably to the sound as therapy. Combined with Reiki energy, these meditations help to restore balance and harmony on all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Reiki Practitioners and Sound Healing Alchemists Claudette Durupt of Rainbow Bridge Alternative Health Care Center and Glenda Lee Cox of Enchanted Sound Healing are also pleased to offer private Reiki/Sound Sessions. For more information about these sessions or meditations, please call or text Claudette 306-631-4081 or Glenda Lee 306-630-4999, email [email protected], or find us on Facebook. Alternative health care is a very effective tool for managing stress and pain, but is not a substitute for the care of your primary health care provider.
