Are you satisfied with your job?  If you're a loyal and valuable employee you might consider sharing this news with your supervisor or manager.

It's a new survey conducted by Nielsen for a human resources company called Ceridian.  It finds 73% of the respondents are either looking for work or would consider changing jobs if the opportunity is a good one.  Of those 73%, 37% admit they are looking for a new job.

The unemployment rate in Canada is at its lowest rate in 40 years and some are concluding it's time for employers to step up their game if they're looking for long-term loyalty from employees. That means more focus on career development and job satisfaction.

One expert concludes promotions and new opportunities can't be just for senior employees anymore because millennials won't work and wait for decades to take steps forward.  And, that same expert says successful companies will be the ones with "employee-friendly" workplaces that are "inclusive and flexible."
