Adam Hadwin is going back to the Presidents Cup.

The Moose Jaw born golfer, currently 44th in PGA tour world ranking, has been chosen by Ernie Els as a captain's pick for the International side at the Presidents Cup coming up next month in Australia.

Hadwin made his debut at the Presidents Cup two years ago, when the International team lost 19-11 to the United States at Liberty National Golf Club in Jersey City, N.J.  Ernie Els from South Africa made Hadwin one of his four captain's picks, including Australia’s Jason Day, Chile’s Joaquin Niemann and South Korea’s Sungjae Im.

Hadwin's second crack at the Presidents Cup will go from December 9th-15th at the Royal Melbourne Golf Club in Australia.

Hadwin has been playing well as of late.  The 32-year old's second start of the 2020 PGA Tour Season is what caught Els' eye.  He shot 16-under overall to end up 2nd at the Safeway Open and then went on to fire 20-under overall to tie 4th at Shriners Hospital for Children Open.  Since then, Hadwin tied 41st at ZOZO Championship with a 1-under score and tied for 46th at the World Golf Championship-HSBC Champions at even par.

Those 4 results have Hadwin ranked 44th in the world and 11th on the FedEx rankings.
