Moose Jaw’s Original 16 Cash League was back on the pebbled ice in downtown Moose Jaw on Wednesday night.

Four teams are still standing tall with undefeated records following four weeks of games at the Moose Jaw Ford Curling Centre.

Joel Jordison’s Seaborn Insurance rink secured a 7-5 win over Murray Stroeder’s Tax Team rink to improve to a league-best 4-0 this season. Stroeder drops to 2-2 with the loss.

Danielle Sicinski’s BTN Chartered Accountants rink scored two in the eighth to win 8-7 over Ralph Courtage and the Terra Grain Fuels rink. Sicinski is now 3-0 this season, while Courtnage sits at 2-2.

Stan Barnsley’s Pro-Tec Electric cruised to 3-0 with a 12-0 win over Makenna Simmons and the young Paws N Play rink. Simmons drops to 0-4 with the loss.

Donna Ackerman and the Forged 365 rink have won two straight to start the year after beating Warren Marcotte and the Fountain Tire/Keon’s rink, 9-5. Ackerman is 2-0, while Marcotte drops to 2-2.

In other action on Wednesday, Patrick Ackerman’s Ackerman Ag Services rink (1-2) knocked off David Gray (1-3), 4-2; Ben Gamble’s KMS rink (2-2) held on for a 7-6 win over Barb Wallace (2-2); Lorraine Arguin and the Easy Care Living rink (3-1) rolled to a 9-2 win over Bob Desjarlais’ Kal Tire rink (0-4).

The league is back on the ice on Thursday night with Joe Gunnis and the EMJ Marketing rink squaring off with Ryan Wenarchuk’s John’s Music rink at 7:30 p.m.
