The Original 16 Cash League hit the ice for one game on Monday night at the Moose Jaw Ford Curling Centre.

Wade Gray's Pro-Tec Video rink secured a 9-2 win over the Barb Wallace rink.

Wallace struck first with one in the first end, but Gray struck back with two in the second and then he stole three in the third to take a 5-1 lead. Wallace came back with one in the fourth, but Gray ended the match with a four-ender in the fifth.

The win puts Gray's record at 3-5 this season, while Wallace falls to 2-7.

The Cash League returns to the ice for its weekly eight-game slate on Wednesday.

In other curling news, the 800 CHAB Youth Bonspiel will welcome in 24 teams to Moose Jaw this weekend. There are games on Saturday and Sunday.
