Quinn Ingalls fights to the net during Bantam lacrosse action this season at Mosaic Place. He scored five goals and ten points for the Mustangs in the league semifinal on Monday night.

The Moose Jaw Bantam Mustangs continued their dominance of the Queen City Box Lacrosse League as the playoffs opened up on Monday night at the Doug Wickenheiser Arena.

Quinn Ingalls and Nolan Jones paced the offence for the Mustangs in a 15-8 win over the Regina Rock in the league semifinal.  They will now play in the final coming up on Wednesday night.

The game was over after the first period as Moose Jaw built up a 6-1 lead after one.  They extended that advantage to 11-6 after two before finishing off the Rock in the third.

The Mustangs were led by Ingalls, who had five goals and ten points in the win, while Jones chipped in with six goals and one assist of his own.

Liam Kerr added two goals, Kane Nolting had a goal and three points, and Josh Fitzpatrick added the other Moose Jaw goal.

The Mustangs will now face the Regina Titans for the league title on Wednesday night at 8:00pm.  

Coming up on Tuesday… The Peewee and Midget Mustangs each have a semifinal game in the Queen City Box Lacrosse League playoffs on Tuesday night in Regina.

The Peewees are on the court at 6:30pm against the Regina Titans at the Al Ritchie Arena, while the Midget squad hooks up with the Regina Rampage right after at 8:00pm.

Both league finals are set for Thursday night.
