Moose Jaw's Quinn Ingalls won a gold medal over the weekend with Canada at the World Junior Lacrosse Indoor Championships at Mississauga, Ontario

Ingalls and the Canadian team won 24-4 over Australia and 16-2 over Israel in the round robin before an 18-4 win over Israel in the semifinal.

Canada beat Team Iroquois 13-10 in the final.

Ingalls scored four goals and an assist in the round robin this year.

He also made Canada's team last year at the event in Saskatoon. 

He played the last couple of seasons with the Saskatchewan Swat but this fall he'll join Lander University in Greenwood, S.C. for their first season in NCAA Div II.
