Moose Jaw’s Larissa Bohlken has made the SaskFirst provincial U18 female hockey team’s top 29 list, while two others have made the latest round of cuts for the U16 teams.

Bohlken, a blueliner, played last season with the Regina Rebels of the Sask Female AAA Midget Hockey League and has committed to the University of Saskatchewan for the 2021-2022 season.

Assiniboia-born goaltender Amaya Giraudier has also made the next stage in the U18 selection.

Moose Jaw forward Jasmine Kohl with the Bantam Southeast Goldwings and defender Brooklyn Nimegeers of the midget A Mavericks were named to the U16 South team's top 17.

While there was no evaulation camp this month as planned for the players, the team was selected on the basis of previous identification camps the players have played in.

Summer camps are planned for August.
