Former Moose Jaw Warrior forward Brayden Burke has made the Arizona Coyotes roster as they broke summer camp and are now in their hub city of Edmonton.

Burke is one of nine former Warriors who will be playing with the NHL gets back into game action this weekend. The Coyotes will open their series with the Nashville Predators Sunday. Burke was called up earlier this season from the Tucson Roadrunners of the American Hockey League but didn't get into any games with the NHL club before returning to the AHL.

The other former Warriors who have made the rosters are Joel Edmundson (Carolina), Dryden Hunt (Florida), Johnny Boychuk (New York Islanders), Brett Howden (New York Rangers), Troy Brouwer (St. Louis), Brayden Point (Tampa Bay), Morgan Rielly (Toronto) and Deryk Engelland (Vegas).
