Moose Jaw's Branden Klatt, Chantz Petruic and the Yorkton Terriers moved one game away from a major upset in the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League.

Petruic had a goal and two points to lead the Terriers to a 5-2 win over the Nipawin Hawks to take a 3-1 lead in their best-of-seven second-round series.

Jaxsen Wiebe had an assist in the loss for the Hawks, who finished first overall in the regular season, while the Terriers entered the playoffs as the eighth seed.

Game 5 is on Friday night in Nipawin.

In other SJHL action on Wednesday, the Flin Flon Bombers extended their season with a 2-1 overtime win over the Battlefords North Stars, who lead the series, 3-1.
