In their first season in the Canadian Sport School Hockey League, the Prairie Hockey Academy is playing for the Midget Varsity Championship.

The Cougars won 5-3 over the Pilot Mound Hockey Academy in the semi-final on Tuesday morning to book their ticket into the CSSHL Championship game.

Keagon Little had two goals and three points in the win for the Cougars, while Noah Wills picked up three assists. Noah Schindel, Jaedon Little and Colton Aikens also scored in the win. PHA goalie Ryley Gross made 25 saves.

The Cougars will now play Shawnigan Lake School in the final on Tuesday at 5 p.m.
