The Moose Jaw Red Sox capped off their regular season with another win on Monday night.

The Red Sox edged the Moose Jaw Rays, 9-6, in an all-Moose Jaw battle in the North Regina Little League's Senior Division.

Brayden Ursu went 4-for-4 with two doubles, while Brady Jones was the winning pitcher.

The Red Sox finished the regular season with a 12-0-2 record, which puts them in first place in the league.

The Rays have two games remaining in the regular season as they host the Regina Tigers on Wednesday at Montgomery Field and then travel to Regina to take on the Royals on Thursday.

The playoffs start next week.

Cubs Win Local Tournament

The Cubs put together a perfect weekend to win the Moose Jaw Little League Major Tournament on Sunday.

The Cubs opened the tournament with a 15-13 win over the Orioles on Friday night.

They beat the Royals, 12-4, on Saturday and then followed that up with a 22-8 win over the Cardinals on Sunday morning.

In the final, the Cubs held off the Jays for a 10-9 win.
