Kory Sheets has 23 rushing touchdowns in two seasons with the Saskatchewan Roughriders.

Saskatchewan Roughriders running back Kory Sheets was in Oakland on Monday for his second NFL workout of the offseason.

The Grey Cup MVP posted a photo on Instagram Monday taken outside of the Raiders' facility saying "Let's work."

This is the second workout that Sheets has had with an NFL team this offseason after he worked out for the Indianapolis Colts last month.

Sheets is a free agent on February 15th and can sign with any team at that point.

He rushed 287 times for 1,598 yards and 12 touchdowns in 2013, his second season with the Riders.  The Hartford, Connecticut native ran for a Grey Cup-record 197 yards during the Riders championship game win over Hamilton.
