A Saskatchewan Roughrider, who was let go by the team in April, has been found not guilty of domestic assault.

Justin Cox was charged after an alleged incident where a 23 year old woman was found in a Regina home injured. The Riders quickly released Cox and the CFL made a statement saying he was no longer part of the league.

But a judge in the case says, dispute five witness called by the Crown, not one actually saw an assault take place. Now that the case is over, Cox's fate in the CFL is unclear.
