After a busy weekend on the court for the 2019 Junior Basketball Invitational, the Moose Jaw Junior League was back in action with four games on Monday night.

The Riverview/Cornerstone Royals travelled out to Central Butte and secured an 80-62 win over the Bulldogs in junior boys' action.

Carl Martel posted a game-high 32 points in the win for the Royals, while Braydon Gardner added 11 points.

Javan Atkins was the top scorer for the Bulldogs with 20 points in the loss.

The Peacock Green Toilers rolled to an 80-33 win over the Vanier Vikings and the Central Gold Cyclones picked up a 61-34 win over the Red Cyclones in the two other boys games.

The lone girls' game saw the Cyclones knock off the Peacock Orange Toilers, 53-32.

The junior league is back on the court for five games on Thursday night.
