They won 53 of 68 games in the regular season and they've won 6 of 7 playoff games so far.  The Winnipeg Ice took control of their 2nd round, best of 7 WHL playoff series vs. the Moose Jaw Warriors on the weekend, winning games one and two by scores of 6-1 and 7-0.

The Warriors will try to bounce back tomorrow night at Mosaic Place.  Warriors and Ice - tomorrow night.  Game time 7 o'clock and of course, we'll have all the action live on the radio.  The pre-game show at 6:40 with play by play to follow at 7 o'clock on Country 100.

The other Eastern Conference series resumes tonight in Red Deer with the Edmonton Oil Kings leading 2 games to none.

Stanley Cup Playoffs continue tonight with four games, including Calgary Flames in Dallas with the Stars up 2 games to 1.

Sask Lacrosse Association action on the weekend...Moose Jaw's U-16 Mustangs scored a 17-2 win over Standing Buffalo.  Colton Ebbett and Cashton Seaborg scored 3 goals apiece for the winners.

The U-10 Moose Jaw Mustangs lacrosse team won bronze medals at a Regina tournament this weekend.  The local kids went 3-1-2 in the round robin and beat Standing Buffalo 7-2 in the bronze medal game.
