Get your calendars out as the Moose Jaw Warriors have released their regular season schedule for the 2017-18 season.

Moose Jaw will open the campaign with a home-and-home against the Prince Albert Raiders, starting in P.A. on Friday, Sept. 22 and followed by the home opener at Mosaic Place on Sept. 23.

After opening on the road, the Warriors play seven straight home games after that against seven different opponents (Prince Albert, Regina, Red Deer, Kootenay, Swift Current, Edmonton and Vancouver).

In total at home, the Warriors will play 11 Saturday games, 10 Fridays, five Sundays, five Tuesdays, two Wednesdays and three Thursdays.

An interesting stretch in the Warriors’ schedule comes in Feb. when they will play the rival Regina Pats three times in five days. They play in Regina on Feb. 14, followed by a home game on Feb. 16 and then back in Regina on Feb. 18.

The Warriors and Pats have one other home-and-home in Nov.

The Warriors will head out on their biennial U.S. Division road trip in Oct. The trip will open in Kootenay on Oct. 17 and will see Moose Jaw play seven games in ten days, wrapping up in Medicine Hat on Oct. 27.

Some of the other key dates on the schedule include: the annual Teddy Bear Toss game on Dec. 1 against Swift Current, the New Year’s Eve game against Brandon and the Hall of Fame game, which will be played on Feb. 24 against Regina.
