The Moose Jaw Warriors won't have the services of Adam Evanoff, the team's lone returning goaltender with significant WHL experience.

The Warriors announced that Evanoff, 19, will be continuing his therapy as he recovers from hip surgery, and that he'll miss the first 10-14 weeks of the regular season.

Evanoff will join the team, and watch from the sidelines, for the start of the WHL season

Evanoff has 56 games of WHL experience, all with the Warriors, and has won 34 games with a career goals against average of 2.63 and save percentage of .912.

Later this week, the Warriors will start their training camp for the 2019-20 hockey season.
