It's a chance to get some great fresh produce and baked goods, all while helping some great causes.

Yara Community Gardens will be hosting it's 10th annual charity Farmer's Market on August 12 on the 200 block of Home St. West.

Jeremy Zacharias, Program Director for the gardens, talked about what people can expect there.

"We've got our gardeners out and they've got all their fresh produce that will make your mouth water. There's arts and crafts, entertainment for kids. We've got coffee, muffins, baked goods, everything you could ever want. Fresh, all-organic, made right here in Moose Jaw."

The farmers market will be raising funds for local charities, as well as the gardens themselves.

"Every year our gardeners vote on our charities and this year they have voted that half the proceeds will be split between Riverside Mission here in town, for all the great work they do. As well as Hunger In Moose Jaw's Child Nutrition Program, which feeds thousands of school kids every year."

It all starts at 8AM and will go until noon. There will be a second farmers market as well, taking place on September 9th.
