27 new cases of COVID-19 were reported in Saskatchewan Tuesday, along with 47 recoveries.

375 cases are considered active right now and 57 people are in hospital with 10 of those in intensive care.

Two of the active cases are located in the sub-region 'south-central 2' which is made up of Moose Jaw and the surrounding area.

The Far North East Zone is reporting ten new cases, five new cases in the Far North West, the North West and the South East are reporting three new cases each, two new cases in Saskatoon and the Central East Zone, and one new case in Regina and the South West Zone. 

There are two vaccine clinics in Moose Jaw this week:

  • Thursday - Booked appointment Pfizer clinic at the Moose Jaw Exhibition Grounds 8:30-4:30
  • Friday - Walk-in Pfizer clinic at the Moose Jaw Exhibition Grounds 8:30-4:30

Vaccines Reported

An additional 2,419 doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been given in Saskatchewan, bringing the total number of vaccines administered in the province to 1,307,065.

The additional 2,419 doses of COVID-19 vaccine reported today were administered to residents living in the following zones: Far North West, 46; Far North East, 25; North West, 571; North Central, 149; North East, 31; Saskatoon, 761; Central West, 36; Central East, 59; Regina, 548; South West, 17; South Central, 23; and South East, 67. There were 86 doses administered with zone of residence pending.

Seventy-three per cent of those 12+ have received their first dose and 55 per cent of those 12+ are fully vaccinated.
