Police were busy to start the weekend.

Just after 7 pm on Friday evening, the Moose Jaw Police Service responded to an Armed Robbery at Hi Kick.

Formerly known as "Bun N' Bottle" the convenience store is located on the 400 block of Athabasca street. 

The suspect was armed with a hammer and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash and merchandise.

Moose Jaw Police are continuing to investigate.
