If you live in one of the new subdivisions of Westheath, West Park, or Iron Bridge the City of Moose Jaw is ready to help you spruce up your front boulevard.

The city is offering a program that provides free front boulevard trees for properties in these new areas.  Each property is eligible to receive up to two trees.  Tree orders must be submitted by February 10th to qualify for the program this year. 15 different kinds of trees are being offered this year, selected for their ability to stand up well in hot Moose Jaw summers and our cold winters.

All trees will be available for pick up in late summer or early fall in time for planting.

In addition to making properties looks more attractive, trees offer other environmental benefits.  These include generating oxygen and absorbing CO2, reducing stormwater runoff, and providing habitat for our bird population.
