Moose Jaw's drive-thru vaccination clinic opens at 8:30 this morning at the South Hill Fire Hall.

No appointment is necessary and all residents aged 55 and over are eligible. The drive-thru will be open from 8:30 am until 7:30 pm both today and Saturday, April 10.

Residents using the clinic must use the Home Street West access point at 4th Avenue Southwest to enter the queue. A map of the route to take can be found below.

Regina

The government of Saskatchewan also announced that the Regina COVID-19 vaccine drive-thru will begin administering Pfizer/Biontech vaccines to residents ONLY aged 53 and 54 starting Friday, April 9. That clinic will be open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. at Evraz Place on the Regina Exhibition grounds. That clinic may change age ranges as demand allows in the coming days.

And finally, starting at 8:00 am on Friday, online and over the phone vaccine booking eligibility will be expanded to all residents 55 and over. To book your vaccine online, you can visit the provincial government's website. To book over the phone, you can call 1-833-SASKVAX.

"Rapid, mass vaccinations will mean there are different vaccines available at different times, in different parts of the province to support delivery plans," Saskatchewan Chief Medical Health Officer Dr. Saqib Shahab said. "All have been approved by Health Canada and all will prevent serious illness and death caused by COVID-19."
