If a culprit gets into your vehicle, what could they find?

The Moose Jaw Police Service is warning residents to hide their belongings and lock up homes and vehicles. Things like keys, garage door openers, your ID, and any other valuables shouldn't be left out or in an obvious place according to police. They state that someone may see them if they break into your vehicle.

Officers would also like residents not to leave their vehicles unlocked, as this makes it easier for someone to get in and potentially commit theft of the vehicle or steal some belongings from inside.

Monday night police received various reports of thefts from vehicles, and even vehicles themselves being stolen.

If you woke up to something missing from your vehicle, or even worse you vehicle completely missing, contact the Moose Jaw Police Service for further assistance.
