Even more weather records were broken across Saskatchewan by communities still suffering from the heat wave.

Moose Jaw has set a new all-time high for August and, according to Environment Canada, Saturday's high peaked at 42.3 degrees. This beat the record high for August 11th, which was 37.8 set in 1897, and the record high for the month, which was 41.7 set on August 6th in 1949.

This also made Moose Jaw the hottest spot in Canada Saturday.

Luckily, the forecast shows our daytime highs will go back down to the high 20's, low 30's.
