RCMP are warning motorists of slick conditions on our highways as precipitation moves into the province.

A freezing rain warning was issued for our neighbors to the east Tuesday afternoon, as a wet system moved over Regina.

Officials are saying there's a number of vehicles in the ditch on various highways surrounding the city, including a multi-vehicle accident on Highway #6 south of Regina.

They're asking drivers to slow down and drive with caution for anyone traveling near the friendly city, as there are also vehicles leaving the roadway on Highway #1 due to the slippery conditions.
