Completed in one month, the East End Splash Park is ready and waiting for some summer fun.

Spearheaded by the East End Community Association, and thanks to funding from the City of Moose Jaw and Co-op Community Spaces, this new fully accessible park is a welcome addition for the east side of town.

Replacing their old splash pool, this is also a more welcoming space to go with their playground on the corner of 9th Ave NE and Ominica St E.

During the groundbreaking ceremony at the end of August for the park, Chairperson of the East Side Community Association Jenny Gadd said "It's really exciting, it's very satisfying to see this project start and to know that our community association, the group that's currently a part of it, is leaving a really long lasting mark on the East Side."
