Are we going to lose all of this fresh powdery snow?  There's a chance of that happening as forecasters watch a mass of warm air moving out way.

We've been expecting some warmer conditions to arrive but the new weather models are showing we could creep back into the +5 range by the weekend. The extended forecast has use floating just above or below the freezing mark for the next week or so as the system arrives Wednesday night.

Meanwhile, take care out there again on local roads and highways. The fresh snow to start the week has caused some local streets to become extremely icy.  The snow has been compressed and polished into ice, making some intersections difficult to manage.

The daily police report shows a number of accidents and mishaps in the city and on the highways, more vehicles were in the ditch Tuesday around Moose Jaw and Regina.
