Thursday marked the third annual Mosaic Food Farm harvest day and it went extremely well. Over 30 people were in and out to help on Thursday morning, harvesting all of the produce left, including a large crop of potatoes.

Celeste Geisbauer is the Senior Community Investment Specialist with Mosaic and said they are happy to partner with the food farm.

"This is a really great fit for us. Our mission is to help the world grow the food it needs so, what greater project than to do that right here at home." said Geisbauer. "The food agencies tell us in the spring what they need so they tell us what to plant."

Produce from the food farm is given to Hunger In Moose Jaw, Riverside Mission and the Moose Jaw Food Bank.
