As of last night, Mar, 22, the drive-thru vaccination site in Regina has temporarily closed after exhausting its initial supply of 15,500 AstraZeneca vaccines.

The Saskatchewan Health Authority says the site will re-open when more doses become available. Phase 2 of the vaccine rollout still continues with the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines.

Residents 67 and older can book their appointments online or by calling 1-833-SASKVAX.

On Monday, the province's vaccination total sat at 144,171. Of those, 112,901 are 1st doses and 31,270 are 2nd doses. Here in the South Central zone, 4,201 1st doses have been administered along with only one 2nd dose.
