A Weyburn man, facing charges of impaired driving causing death after a fatal collision back in February, has had his case adjourned for the second time in as many months.

34-year-old John Smolinski is facing four different charges after the crash on Highway 39 that killed the 62 year old driver of the second vehicle. He was supposed to be in court back in March but the file was adjourned to April 18th to allow time to find a lawyer.

Tuesday, the case was adjourned again, this time to May 10th to allow Smolinski time to find legal council.
