Be careful today if you're going to be heading out onto the highways. Friday nights rain and snow, which continued into Saturday morning, is causing havoc with road conditions.

The Highway Hotline is reporting wet, slippery, winter conditions all around Moose Jaw, but one slight positive is the visibility is clear.

The highways surrounding Swift Current, which were not recommended to travel on, have gotten better and are only under seasonal conditions.

Social media reports on the commute between Regina and Moose Jaw say the same, but the passing lane is covered with snow on Highway 1 and most drivers are staying around the 60 to 80 km mark.
