Moose Jaw has been named the recipient of the South Saskatchewan Community Foundation grant and is to host 1 of 50 'Vital Community Conversations' as part of its 50th anniversary.

The conversation will be hosted at the Kinsmen meeting room. Parks and Recreation Manager Scott Osmachenko said "What we really want to know is what's important to the community related to Parks and Recreation, and it's really just their perspective about what makes Moose Jaw great, what makes Parks and Recreation great and what they would like to see in the future in their community."

The goal of the discussion will be for the public to answer questions related to Parks and Recreation.

Osmachenko added, "We'd really like you to come have the conversation, meet other people in the community, talk about it, discuss it, and really work on what's important to your community."

The conversation will be held at the Kinsmen meeting room on Thursday, March 21st at 6:30 pm.
