It has been a long political session for the Saskatchewan Party as it's budget led to cuts, protests and anger. The Spring Sitting of the Legislature wraps up Thursday and Premier Brad Wall is calling it his toughest yet.

"When you make decisions, like the STC decision, you have good people who have been working there for a long time who have lost their job, so that's obviously very difficult."

Wall maintains the decisions were the right thing to do to ensure the province returns to a surplus and despite some calls for his resignation, he says he is firmly focused on the election in 2020, apart form that hasn't thought about his future.

"The only fixed timeline is the election in November of 2020, that's the only one that would be fixed, I guess, in terms of what would decide my future."
