Moose Jaw Police responded to 52 calls for service.

7:40 am – Breach Court Order - 4 adults failed to appear for fingerprinting the previous day.  Warrants were issued.

11:55 am – Drug Possession – An adult was found passed out in the driver’s seat of a vehicle. The individual was in possession of Methamphetamine and was arrested on outstanding Warrants.

11:59 am – Stolen Auto – A vehicle was stolen overnight. Police are to view video.

12:25 pm – Disturbance – Two adults were fighting in a parking lot.  The situation was mediated.

1:03 pm – Harassing Calls – Unwanted texts and calls were being received, and the subject is to be warned.

1:30 pm – Shoplifting - $800 worth of merchandise was taken from a local store. Police are to view video.

2:00 pm – Fail to Appear – Seven adults failed to attend court as ordered.  Warrants were issued.

2:58 pm – Dangerous Driving – a road rage incident occurred.  The subject was warned.

3:52 pm – Parking Bylaw – A vehicle was parked longer than 48 hours and was towed.

8:35 pm – Insecurity – A vehicle was left with a door wide open.  Nothing suspicious was occurring. The owner forgot to close the door.

10:08 pm – Suspended Driving – The owner was warned.

11:11 pm – Noise Bylaw – A loud stereo was playing and the subject was warned.

11:27 pm – Fire Call – There was smoke and fire from an electrical issue.  No injuries occurred and there was minor damage.

12:08 am – Dispute – An alcohol-fuelled argument over extended family took place.  The situation was mediated.

12:17 am – Stolen Auto – A vehicle left running in front of a business was stolen.  It was located a short time later with the license plate missing.  This is still under investigation for video and identification processing.

4:19 am – Assist Locate – An elderly subject left their care home.  The subject was located a short while later. All was okay and they were returned to the care home.

4:35 am – Prohibited Driving – A car was “ripping around”.  The vehicle was located.  The owner was issued tickets for driving an unregistered vehicle and driving without a license.  The vehicle was seized for 30 days.

Police responded to three 911 calls.
Police executed two warrants.
