Moose Jaw Police responded to 47 calls for service.

8:14 am – Suspicious Vehicle – A vehicle was parked in the complainant’s driveway. The registered owner was contacted and will have it moved.

8:55 am – Suspicious Vehicle – A truck stopped in the middle of the street with no driver around. The truck was gone on police arrival.

9:21 am – Collision – A single vehicle collision resulted in no injuries. This resulted in approximately $10,000 in damages.

11:07 am – Collision – A five vehicle collision resulted in minor injuries and approximately $35,000 in damages.

11:19 am – Trespassing – A subject previously banned from the property had returned. Charges were recommended.

11:50 am – Theft of Auto – A truck was taken to a garage for repairs and is now being driven around with a different plate on it.  This is still under investigation for police to speak with the subject.

12:04 pm – Hit and Run – Sometime overnight a vehicle was hit and a bumper was taken off. This resulted in approximately $1,500 in damage. This is still under investigation.

12:36 pm – Theft – Property was stolen from a vehicle, and police are still investigating.

3:15 pm – Collision – A two vehicle collision resulted in no injuries and approximately $15,000 in damages.

5:16 pm – Collision – A two vehicle collision resulted in no injuries, approximately $55,000 in damages, and one ticket for failing to yield to oncoming traffic.

5:49 pm – Collision – A three vehicle collision resulted in no injuries and approximately $20,000 in damages.

7:58 pm – Unwanted Guest – A subject is no longer welcome on the property and was sent on their way.

10:56 pm – Fire Call – An electric fire in the hood of a vehicle resulted in no injuries and approximately $3,000 in damages.

2:18 am – Dispute – A verbal dispute between two parties was mediated by police.

4:07 am – Noise Bylaw – A bobcat was being used for snow removal in a residential area.  The bobcat operator was spoken to and advised of the bylaw.

Police executed two warrants.
Police responded to seven 911 calls.
Police assisted other agencies in six cases.
PACT responded on two occasions.
