Moose Jaw Police responded to 41 calls for service.

9:18 am – Theft of Motor Vehicle – A vehicle was left running and was taken from the front of a residence.  The vehicle was later recovered and the suspects were charged.

9:37 am - Theft of Motor Vehicle – A vehicle was taken from a residence.  The vehicle was later recovered and the suspects were charged.

9:52 am – Theft – Lottery tickets were stolen. The suspect fled in a vehicle.  The licence plate and video were obtained.  The subject was later located and charged.

10:13 am – Theft – Bottles of liquor were stolen.  The suspects were located and charged.

10:23 am – Threats – There was a falling out with a landlord and options were provided.

10:32 am – Vehicle Seizure – A vehicle was being driven by a suspended and impoundable driver and was seized for 60 days.  The driver was issued tickets.

10:54 am – Recovered Stolen Auto – A vehicle stolen from Regina was recovered.  The suspects in the vehicle were charged.

11:31 am – Fraud – A cheque was forged and cashed by a suspect.  This is still under investigation to obtain a statement.

11:57 am – Hit & Run – A vehicle hit a parked vehicle and failed to provide information. This was witnessed by a taxi driver.  The offending vehicle driver was spoken to. The victim vehicle owner is to be located and advised.

12:40 pm – Dispute – A verbal dispute took place between two parties. The individuals were separated, with one being taken to a friend’s residence.

2:24 pm – MVC – A two vehicle collision resulted in approximately $15,000 of damage, one tow, and one minor injury.  One ticket was issued for disobeying a stop sign.

3:53 pm – Theft – A snow shovel was stolen in the last few days.  This is an ongoing issue with property being taken and was reported for informational purposes at this time.

4:10 pm – Suspicious Person – A subject was sleeping in the vestibule of a public place.  The subject was located and transported home.

6:47 pm – Insecurity – The side door of a residence was open.  Police attended and no one was home. The residence was cleared and nothing was out of place.  The residence was secured and the owner was contacted.

7:00 pm – Dispute – A landlord/tenant dispute took place.  Both parties were advised to contact the rentalsmen.

7:58 pm – Intoxicated Person – This was unfounded and the subject was walking home.  The subject was arrested on outstanding warrants and was released for court at a later date.

8:25 pm – Dispute – This is still under investigation to speak with the other party involved.

10:21 pm – Assault – This was unfounded. Police spoke with both parties who advised they were just walking.

11:56 pm – Dispute – A drunken dispute took place between two parties.  The parties were separated with one being taken to a friend’s house.

12:04 am – Theft – Medication was stolen and the suspect is known.  Police continue to investigate.

1:20 am – Breach of Court Order – The subject was not home for court ordered curfew.  The subject will be charged.

1:28 am - Breach of Court Order – A subject was not home for court ordered curfew.  The subject will be charged.

2:21 am – Intoxicated Person – An intoxicated subject was having troubles on the walk home.  Police assisted the subject in getting home.

Police responded to eight 911 calls.
Police assisted other agencies in three cases.
Police responded to three alarm calls.
Police completed four curfew checks.
Police executed one warrant.
