Moose Jaw Police responded to 29 calls for service.

7:29 am – 700 block Athabasca St E – Dispute – Two adults were arguing.  Police attended and the situation was mediated.

8:47 am – 300 block Diefenbaker Dr – Dispute – There was an argument that turned physical between two adults. All parties were spoken to, and no charges are to be laid.

10:42 am – 1300 block Manitou Cr – Auto Theft – A pickup truck was stolen and later recovered. Police are still investigating.

11:48 am – 200 block High St W – Suspicious Person – A male was spotted sitting in his vehicle for the past four days. Police attended and queried the subject, who is currently residing in his vehicle as he has no place to stay.

12:44 pm – 1000 block Simcoe St – Parking Bylaw – A trailer has been parked in front of a residence for several weeks. The owner of the trailer was notified of the parking bylaw.  The individual moved the trailer.

6:09 pm – 1000 block 9th Av SW – Assault – While investigating a dispute, the caller advised they had been assaulted a few weeks earlier and would like to report it. Police are still investigating for statements.

6:47 pm – 0 block Wellington Dr – Trespassing – During a dispute, a subject trespassed upon property. The dispute was mediated and the accused was issued a ticket.

6:56 pm – 1000 block Stadacona St W – Suspicious Vehicle – One car was spotted in an alleyway. The occupants were checked and told to move along.

9:07 pm – 1000 Lillooet St W – Dispute Between Neighbours – A neighbour made threats to the complainant. Police attended and the situation was mediated.

10:17 pm – 1300 block 12th Av SW – Municipal Bylaw – There was a complaint of a loud party. The homeowner was warned.

11:07 pm – 1300 block 12th Av SW – Provincial Liquor Act – An adult was found with open liquor in public. The subject was issued a liquor ticket and taken home.

2:34 am – 400 block Ominica St E – Attempted Theft – An adult was seen inside a vehicle and fled upon the owner coming out.  A description was obtained and police are still investigating.
