Moose Jaw Police received 60 calls for service.
7:00 am - An abandoned vehicle was reported in the area north of Caribou St and 24th Ave NW. The owner was contacted and warned about driving on private property and the vehicle was moved.
9:36 am - Police seized a small amount of marijuana from a residence in the 100 block High Street W.
10:49 am - Police mediated a physical dispute involving three adult males in the 0 block Fairford Street W.
10:56 am - Police removed an unwanted guest from a residence in the 200 block Grandview Street W. An adult female was taken to her home.
1:46 am - A complaint of a hit and run that had occurred March 10 was taken. The complainant’s vehicle received approximately $1000 damage when an unknown vehicle struck it in the 1200 block High Street W.
1:49 am - An adult male was issued two tickets; one for driving contrary to restrictions and one for failing to stop for police, after an incident on Normandy Drive.
3:09 pm - An adult male was issued a parking ticket, a ticket for stunting and one for splashing after an incident in the 0 block Stadacona Street W.
3:13 pm - Police attended to a complaint of a car alarm going off in the 1200 block Warner Street. The owner of the vehicle was notified and tended to the vehicle.
3:57 pm - An adult female attended to the police station to have police investigate threats she had received on her phone and through social media.
4:07 pm - An adult male was defrauded of over $400 after giving out his credit card number to a computer scammer out of Hong Kong.
4:13 pm - An adult male was brought to police cells, to be held until sober, after a report of an intoxicated person causing problems in the 0 block Manitoba Street E.
5:05 pm - An investigation continues into a report of threats being received by a complainant on Wood Lily Drive.
6:59 pm - Options were given after a complaint of a civil dispute in the 0 block of MacDonald Street.
7:20 pm - Police mediated a dispute between two adults on the 800 block Chester Road.
8:19 pm - A vehicle sustained approximately $1,000 damage after the driver moved a barricade and attempted to drive through the flooded underpass on Lorne Avenue. Charges are pending.
10:25 pm - A vehicle stalled after attempting to drive through deep water near Caribou Street and 15th Avenue NW. The vehicle was later towed from the scene.
11:45 pm - Police received a report of a lone male “acting crazy” in the 0 block Hochelaga Street W. An adult male was located in the area and also charged with mischief after he admitted to damaging a door on a building in the 100 block Main Street N.
2:10 am - Police attended to a dispute in the 600 block Fairford Street E. On police arrival the two adults told the officers there were no problems. They were advised to keep the noise down.
