Moose Jaw Police responded to 41 calls for service.
 
7:32 am – 9th Ave NW at Saskatchewan St W – Erratic Driver – There was a report of a pickup truck driving erratically by weaving through traffic and tailgating other drivers. A plate number was obtained, and the registered owner is to be spoken to and warned regarding their driving actions.
 
9:04 am – 100 Block High St W – Mischief – A subject sprayed a security camera with an unknown substance; the subject is to be charged.
 
10:05 am – 100 Block Fairford St W – Dispute – There was a dispute between two parties over a broken TV. The subject agreed to pay for a new TV, and the situation was mediated.
 
12:08 pm – 100 Block Ross St E – Erratic Driving – Two vehicles were driving around the school and squealing their tires. A plate number was obtained, and the driver was warned as per the complainant’s wishes.
 
12:46 pm – 1800 Block Meier Dr – Well Being Check – A subject was located in fine health and the complainant was advised.
 
1:23 pm – 900 Block Athabasca St W – Dispute – There was a dispute between two parties over property. The dispute has been mediated for now.
 
1:37 pm – 1000 Block Henry St – Well Being Check – The subject was located and brought to hospital for assessment before being released to a family member.
 
2:39 pm – 0 Block Diefenbaker Dr – Hit and Run – There was a hit and run to a vehicle in a parking lot earlier today. The damage is estimated at $2,000, and police continue to investigate.
 
2:46 pm – 800 Block Main St N – Mischief – A subject threw a rock at a window and broke it. The complainant is to provide a statement for charges.
 
3:15 pm – 1200 Block Irving Ave – Dispute – There was a dispute between two parties, resulting in breach charges.
 
4:03 pm – 100 Block Oxford St W – Theft of Bike – A bike was taken from a bike rack at school. The bike was valued at $200, and police continue to investigate
 
4:06 pm – High St W at 9th Ave NW – Erratic Driving – There was a report of a vehicle passing other vehicles erratically. The plate number was obtained, and the registered owner is to be spoken to and warned as per the complainant’s wishes.
 
4:25 pm – 1500 Block Hochelaga St W – Fraud – A subject was told that they won something in Las Vegas and was advised to send $8,927. Police continue to investigate.
 
5:53 pm – 900 Block Coteau St E – Break & Enter – An unknown person entered a residence, broke some things and stole some property. Police are still investigating.
 
6:53 pm – 1200 Block Irving Ave – Harassing Calls – A complainant was receiving unwanted calls from several different numbers. It turns out their brother was sending prank calls through a prank app, and police advised him to stop.
7:03 pm – 500 Block Home St W – Dispute – There was a dispute between two parties over parking in front of a residence. The homeowner was advised that it is a public street and anyone can park there.
 
7:39 pm – 0 Block MacDonald St – Recovered Stolen Property – A stolen bike was located. The subject was charged with possession of stolen property and was released for a later court date.
 
9:54 pm – 1200 Block 11th Ave SW – Noise Bylaw – A tenant was stomping around disturbing other tenants; the subject was warned under the noise bylaw.
 
2:02 am – 1200 Block Main St N – Assist EMS – Moose Jaw Police assisted EMS with a patient.
 
Police responded to two 911 calls.
Police executed four warrants.
Police assisted three other agencies.
