On Saturday, June 22nd, many members of the Saskatchewan country music community gathered in Lloydminster for the 35th annual Saskatchewan Country Music Association Awards. Multi-award-winning Saskatchewan artist Jess Moskaluke hosted the awards show at the beautiful Vic Juba Community Theatre in Canada's border city.

It was a big night for Jake Vaadeland, who took home four awards, including Male Artist of the Year. Shaunavon’s Hunter Brothers also won four awards, including Fans’ Choice Entertainer of the Year. Teagan Littlechief picked up two awards: Female Artist of the Year and Indigenous Artist of the Year. Host Jess Moskaluke was awarded National/International Artist for her success around the world while proudly representing Saskatchewan.
