The Agricultural Producers Association of Saskatchewan (APAS) is holding its Midterm Meeting from Wednesday, July 19th to Thursday, July 20th at St. Mary’s Cultural Center in Yorkton, Saskatchewan .

 The meeting will be an opportunity for discussion between
Rural Municipality representatives, members of APAS, and producers about the most current concerns and successes in Saskatchewan agriculture.   

The main topics of this meeting will include the development of biodiesel as a strong industry within
Saskatchewan , lobbying strategies, and communication methods on behalf of APAS.

The meeting will feature guest speaker Brad Hanmer who will discuss Biodiesel and Melanie Boldt, Co-Chair of the Farm Leaders Advisory Group (FLAG) will also be speaking.
