There are 4 stops in Saskatchewan for a volunteer film crew who are aiming to create a 50-Interview video story to Raise Awareness for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder for a TV series called Battle Scars.

The stories are usually told by veterans and soldiers of their personal experiences, but P.T.S.D. can effect many people.

"It happens to front line workers (such as) nurses, EMTs, EMS workers, prison guards, RCMP, a lot of people who are susceptible to trauma can contract P.T.S.D.," explained Dixon Christie, writer, producer and director of Battle Scars.

Christie will be stopping in Moose Jaw for a few days with hopes to speak with people and hear their stories, starting at the Legion on Tuesday.

"Starting at noon we'll have a meet and greet, (with) a little chat among people. In the midst of that we'll do a presentation and I'll introduce myself (and) talk about my P.T.S.D. Then some of the veterans will speak about their experiences in real frank terms."

After an afternoon at the Legion Christie is moving things on Wednesday over to the Grant Hall and Hotel for a social day.
