Curtis Mullen and Tyler Wayne Edwards stood before the court Tuesday to answer to charges relating to their separate cases.

23 year old Curtis Jay Mullen made a brief appearance in Moose Jaw Provincial Court Tuesday.

Mullen was charged in relation to the October 22nd crash that resulted in Moose Jaw Warrior Garrett Robinson suffering severe head injuries. Mullen is facing charges of impaired driving causing bodily harm, dangerous driving causing bodily harm, and driving while over .08.

His lawyer asked for an adjournment and received it. His case will come up in court again on January 30th.

Tyler Wayne Edwards was also in court Tuesday in Moose Jaw. He was the adult male charged with the armed robbery at the Mac's Convenience store on South Hill last week.

The 19-year-old is charged with 2 counts of armed robbery, 2 counts of failing to stop for police, and 2 counts of wearing a mask while committing an indictable offence.

A bail hearing for Edwards has been scheduled for January 16th.

His alleged partner in crime, a male young offender, was in court as well and was remanded in custody.
