In Loving Memory of Carol Woolsey, 85, who passed away on June 2, 2024. She was born on April 18, 1939, to Doris and Frank Dobson in Leask, Saskatchewan, the third of eight children. She worked for the RM of Leask for several years.

Carol married Clinton Woolsey on August 7,1965 and after living in Waterous and Foam Lake, they settled on the farm in Penzance, Saskatchewan. There they raised three children. Carol and Clinton were active members of the community, contributing to the various events including sports days, theatre nights and curling bonspiels.

Carol had a green thumb from birth and enjoyed spending time in her garden, especially with her Prairie Lilies. Carol found great pleasure in the simple joys of life, whether gathered around the card table or spending quality time with her family and adored grandchildren. She also enjoyed sewing, quilting, ceramics and attending every auction sale in the neighbourhood. She and her husband Clinton celebrated their wedding anniversaries with trips throughout Saskatchewan. She embraced every moment with warmth and enthusiasm. Carol's greatest legacy lies in the love and devotion she showered upon her family and friends.

With heavy hearts, we bid farewell to Carol, a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend. Carol is survived by her husband Clinton; her children Wendy Woolsey, Catherine Price (Matthew Price) and Colin Woolsey (Brenda Dion); her grandchildren Samantha Morrison (James), Meagan Woolsey, Sean Price (April Hammond) and Carter Price; her great grandchildren Autumn and Aurora Morrison.
