Walker claims he can't remember a thing when it comes to the shooting death of James Hayward, a former Moose Jaw resident.

The trial Kim Walker official winds down Tuesday as closing arguments are presented in Yorkton.

Walker is accused of killing former Moose Jaw resident James Hayward in March of 2003. During his time on the stand Monday, Walker says he can't remember anything that happened around the time of the shooting.

Walker's daughter was apparently addicted to morphine and dating Hayward at the time of the shooting at a known drug house in Yorkton.
