Manitoba's Kerri Einarson is a winner at the Canadian women's curling championship for a second consecutive year.

Einarson's Team Canada team defeated Rachel Homan's Ontario team 9-7 in the Scotties Tournament of Hearts final on Sunday.

Einarson led for most of the contest, but a Homan steal led to both teams being tied at seven entering the final end.

The men will take their turn in the Calgary bubble with the Tim Horton's Brier getting underway on Friday.
