Early Thursday, Premier Scott Moe released 'Saskatchewan's Growth Plan: The Next Decade of Growth 2020-2030.'

Moe says it's a roadmap for a stronger economy, strong communities, and strong families.

On the agriculture side - the provincial government plans on increasing agriculture value-added revenue to $10 billion, growing agri-food exports to $20 billion, and establishing new international trade and investment offices in Japan, India and Singapore.

The government is also introducing 2 new SaskFirst New Growth Tax Incentives, which they hope will support and attract agricultural technology companies, as well as a new chemical fertilizer incentive to encourage investment within the province

Elsewhere in the release, the provincial government looks to increase oil production to 600,000 barrels a day by 2030, increase potash sales to $9 billion, as well as deliver on Saskatchewan's climate change plan to reduce carbon emissions.

The plan also outlines reinstating provincial sales tax exemptions for exploratory and downhole drilling, investing $30 billion into infrastructure over the next decade; including transportation, cellular and broadband, and building Saskatchewan's export infrastructure.

The plan aims to see the provincial population increase to 1.4 million by 2030, and add 100,000 new jobs. They aim to reduce surgical wait times to 3 months, receive $16 billion in annual private capital investment, triple the growth of Saskatchewan's technology sector, and increase immigration to the province.
